New project inquiries
A useful project inquiry should identify the business or organization, requested service, current platform, approximate page count, required functionality, available content, needed integrations, and expected delivery requirements.
The public project request cart may be used to organize selected services and starting prices. It does not create a paid order, reserve availability, or establish a final quote.
Existing project support
An existing client should include the project reference, affected website or page, description of the issue, device and browser when relevant, steps to reproduce the issue, and screenshots where helpful.
Support requests are handled according to the applicable project or maintenance agreement. Emergency, after-hours, hosting, cybersecurity, or third-party provider support is not included unless expressly confirmed.
Billing and invoice questions
A billing inquiry should identify the client, project, invoice number, payment date, amount, and specific concern.
Do not submit full card numbers or security codes. Payment information should be handled only through the approved processor or banking method stated on the invoice.
Privacy requests
A privacy request should identify the right being requested, the email address or project associated with the information, and the jurisdiction or residence relevant to the request.
Identity verification may be required. The requester should not send unnecessary sensitive information. Authorized agents may need to provide evidence of authority.
Requests are evaluated according to applicable law, statutory exceptions, record-retention duties, security needs, and the role of the company as controller or processor.
Cookie and tracking questions
Questions about cookies should identify the browser, device, region, cookie banner behavior, and the technology or provider involved if known.
Browser storage and consent choices may behave differently after cookies are deleted, a private browsing session is used, or a different browser or device is selected.
Intellectual-property notices
An intellectual-property notice should identify the protected work, the exact location of the disputed material, the rights claimed, contact information, and a good-faith explanation.
The company may request additional information, restrict disputed material while reviewing the notice, or refer the matter to the relevant client, platform, hosting provider, or legal process.
Accessibility feedback
Accessibility feedback should identify the page, task, device, browser, assistive technology, and barrier encountered.
The company may use the information to evaluate a correction, but receipt of feedback does not constitute an admission of legal noncompliance or guarantee a particular remediation schedule.
Security reports
A person reporting a suspected vulnerability should describe the affected page or system and the observed behavior without exploiting, accessing, altering, downloading, or disclosing data beyond what is necessary to identify the issue.
Do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before the responsible parties have had a reasonable opportunity to review and address it.
The company does not authorize destructive testing, denial-of-service activity, credential attacks, social engineering, malware, or access to data belonging to others.
Response and verification
Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee immediate response, project acceptance, availability, a specific remedy, or a final price.
The company may request verification, clarification, supporting documentation, or written authorization before acting.
Communications may be retained as business, contract, security, privacy, or legal records according to the Privacy Policy.
Formal legal notices
A formal notice should clearly identify the sender, recipient, relevant agreement or policy, facts, requested action, and response contact.
Sending a message to the general project email may not satisfy a statutory, contractual, court, or regulatory service requirement. A person relying on a formal notice deadline should obtain legal advice regarding the correct method of service.
